The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami Hotel

The comfortable bed made my stay relaxing.

The quality of the hotel along with the staff members were outstanding by all measures

The location was mostly a residential area

It has brand-new and airy rooms to offer with three seating areas and a nice view, as example.

I loved the large fitness room, nice pool area, and extra spacious bathroom. The comfortable bed. Could see the New Year's fireworks from my balcony, an lovely view.

Good location, good service but got the impression that hotel not fully utililised. Hence the great room rate.

The staff were courteous, we had a quick check in and a late check-out. Booked a room with the miami sunshine. The breakfast was great affordable with variety of dishes to choose from.

The king room with balcony and city view featured an elegant design, comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom with free toiletries. The balcony offered fine views of the city. Enjoyed the large fitness centre and relaxing heated pool. The spa facilities, while small, included a sauna and wellness centre.

Convenient location. Friendly, professional staff; especially the women who made-up and cleaned the rooms; they were exceptional.

Did not like having to pay $30/night to park my car, and having to tip the valets each time I wanted to use the car. Did not like having to pay for internet access. Given the cost of the rooms, I feel that both of these charges should have been included (except for the valet tips).

The staff were pretty good, always greeting us with smiles and helpfulness throughout our walking tour in coconut grove. The room was elegant, with a lovely city view from the balcony.

I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent pool service. I experienced some noise issues that affected my sleep quality, and the corridors had a musty smell. While the spacious room was nice, improving soundproofing would enhance the overall stay.

Just spent a good weekend at the Ritz-Carlton in Coconut Grove. The elegant room offered fine city views, while the staff provided really good service throughout our stay. Highly recommend this charming hotel!

Miami's food scene is just fuego! Bizcaya Restaurant served up some craveable salads that had me feeling like a local foodie. The chill vibe at Tigertail + Mary was the cherry on top, perfect for post-beach breezes. Plus, the staff? Polite and always ready to help-definitely a plus in my book.

Alright, so not all that glitters is gold. The cleanliness left me raising an eyebrow, especially the shower situation.

The staff was really good. The fitness area impressed me with its size and equipment. The balcony provided a wonderful city view. The accommodations were elegantly furnished. I felt very relaxed throughout my stay.

I loved being just a few steps from CocoWalk for the great stores and cafes. The sprawling David T. Kennedy Park was only around a 15-minute walk away.

Room with a View, but Needs Attention

Had a wonderful city view from our high-floor king room. The cleanliness was disappointing. We enjoyed breakfast at the onsite restaurant with delicious options. For a better experience, ensure your room is polished and request a room check before arrival.
